The local Danish legislation will be enforced on 01.01.2012. Partner brands Betsson, Betsafe and casinoeuro will be operational under this new local regulation as from 01.01.2012. Cherry casino will not operate in Denmark as from next year.

This will result in important changes for all existing and future affiliated players registered in Denmark for all Affiliate Lounge brands.

Existing players registered in Denmark and Greenland will be migrated from the existing ‘.com’ commission plans and collected in separate ‘.dk’ plans for each respective brand. Each brand will continue to have a separate commission plan and you will still be able to view the same traffic, revenue and player data in the reports for the ‘.dk’ labels. An additional report will be included to offer transparency on the weekly gaming tax being incurred on player gamewin for the respective products and brands.

Each brand will go live on the following dates, in anticipation for the new regulation, with taxation taking effect as from the 01.01.2012
